When you tap ii Accept on the Schedii Pact, that's a two-way nod. You're acknowledging how we handle your data. We're acknowledging that we work for you, not advertisers — and that long-term success on a platform like this means leaning into safer habits even when you don't have to.

Stick to safe rules and we're the best team possible. Skip them and we're still here, but your blast radius gets bigger if something goes sideways. Always take the higher safety practice. It pays compounding dividends.

• Sell your data

  Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. The only revenue we accept is what you pay us.
• Train AI on your content

  Your prompts, posts, sites, plays, and DMs are not in any training corpus — ours or our partners'.
• Read your conversations

  The Assistant (Novii, Lumii, or eXii) threads + tool outputs are scoped to your workspace. Engineering only opens individual rows when a user explicitly asks for support.
• Decrypt your platform tokens

  OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. They're only decrypted at the moment of an authorized API call you triggered.
• Email or text you for marketing

  Transactional only — invites, deploy alerts, security notifications. No newsletter blasts unless you explicitly opt in.
• Share data with third parties

  Other than the platform you are publishing to (X, Instagram, etc.) and the AI provider whose API key you supplied — we do not pass your data anywhere else.
• Lock you in

  Workspace deletion is one click + a type-to-confirm. We honor GDPR and CCPA export + erasure within 30 days.

Encrypt if you care about your data. If you don't, we'll keep you safe anyway. That's the floor — Schedii ships with sane defaults. The ceiling is everything you can layer on top.

We emphasize this more than not because long-term success on the internet is mostly about not getting popped. A password manager today saves a tearful weekend in 2028. A passphrase on your PGP key today saves a leaked client list when somebody steals your laptop.
