Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Schedii platform ("Service"), operated by Schedii LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parent or guardian consent. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Schedii is an AI-powered social media management platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes AI content generation, post scheduling, analytics, team collaboration, and third-party platform integrations.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Access

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Schedii to access and interact with that platform on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You remain bound by each third-party platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content generation. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may require your review and editing before publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to any platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for managing these credentials and for any costs incurred through their use. We encrypt credentials at rest but are not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials, HTTPS for all data in transit, JWT-based authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
