Data Deletion Request
Request deletion of your data from Schedii
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations and platform requirements, you can request the deletion of all personal data associated with your Schedii account. This includes your account information, connected platform tokens, content history, AI conversation history, and analytics data.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- All stored OAuth tokens and API keys for connected platforms
- All posts, drafts, and scheduled content
- Media files you uploaded
- AI conversation history and learned preferences
- Analytics data and tracked links
- Team membership and workspace data (if you are the sole owner)
What We Cannot Delete
- Content already published to third-party platforms (managed by those platforms)
- Data required to be retained by law
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request.
Submit a Deletion Request
Facebook / Instagram / Meta Users
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Schedii, submitting this form will also delete all data we received from Meta platforms. You can additionally manage app permissions directly from your Facebook App Settings.
